• Stainless steel inlet hopper, blades and screen.
• Hard-coat anodized aluminum housing, all other surfaces powder coated.
• Interchangeable screens.
• Wide array of blade configurations depending upon the product being processed and the desired outcome.
• 1.5, 3, or 5 HP motor available, 1 or 3 Phase specified.
• Throughput ranges from 250-350 lbs per hour depending on horsepower, screen size, and product moisture. (Ask about vacuum assist)
• 4” OD inlet, vertical surge hopper, dust mitigation port options.
• Easy screen and rotor access for cleaning.
• On-board start/stop with door safety switch. Options for speed control, CIP, or air knives also available.
• One year standard warranty on non-wear parts (i.e. screens & blades are not covered by warranty).
